For families
Recruitment NYC helps New York families find qualified caregivers and connect with trusted, licensed home care agencies — for adults, seniors, and children — across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.

Home care helps people stay safely and comfortably in their own home instead of a facility. A trained Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) assists with everyday activities, such as:
The right care depends on your loved one’s needs — we help you figure out what fits and connect you with the right caregiver and agency.
Who it helps
Who need help to stay independent at home.
Living with illness, injury, or disability.
With special needs (pediatric care).
Who need reliable support and a trusted caregiver.
Paying for care
Medicaid can cover home care (including HHA and PCA services) for those who qualify. Eligibility depends on financial and medical factors, and New York’s rules changed recently — so the process is more involved than it used to be. We help you understand your options and connect you with the right licensed agency to guide eligibility.
If Medicaid isn’t the right fit, families can pay privately for home care. We can connect you with caregivers and licensed agencies for private-pay arrangements.
